Arecont Vision's Flexible MegaBall 2 Camera

One of Arecont Vision's hottest product lines is the MegaBall 2 family of multi-megapixel cameras, a relatively new series of cameras that can come loaded with suite of features. The flagship of this family is the AV2246PM-W, an all-in-one multi-megapixel cameras in 1.3-, 1080p, 3- or 5-megapixel resolutions, with fast frame rates and a remote focus, remote zoom lens in an adjustable wall mount or flush / surface mount dome housing for indoor use. H.264 compression reduces bandwidth and storage requirements and Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) is up to 100dB at full resolution (1080p and 3MP). This one IP camera has features that make it superior even comparable to multiple traditional analog cameras!

The AV2246 MegaBall® 2 1080p full HD wide dynamic range (WDR) network camera is part of Arecont Vision’s full line of H.264 MegaBall® cameras. This fully-compliant implementation of H.264 (MPEG-4, Part 10) provides full 1920 x 1080 megapixel resolution at full video frame rates of 30 frames per second (fps). The AV2246 camera line provides an all-in-one indoor 3" ball shape solution with integrated 1080p WDR camera, remote focus, remote zoom, p-iris IR corrected lens and wall mount or dome enclosure options.
