June is National Safety Month

When you need your order fast, many factors come into play to ensure you receive your material on time and in perfect condition. Behind the scenes, a lot goes on to make this happen and the Accu-Tech Operations staff plays a vital role in this process.

In today's push for speed, one aspect of the job is easy to overlook: safety. We're looking to raise safety awareness by supporting National Safety Month and promoting a safe work environment for our entire staff. Throughout the month of June, the National Safety Council provides safety materials and training covering  unique topics each week. Topics range from Summertime Safety to Preventing Slips, Trips, and Falls. This training goes a long way to ensure safety is practiced year round, not just in June.

Mike Carrell, Director of Operations at Accu-Tech added, "The time needed to ensure a safe work environment is time well spent. Job safety is one of those things you just can't ignore."
