Using media converters or SMPTE adapters, full video connectivity can be provided without the distance limitations that arise from powering cameras through hybrid cables.     SMPTE FLEX is flexible enough to let cameras move quickly and frequently. The aramid yarn central strength member increase this flexibility and decreases the weight of the cable. Compatible with SMPTE 311 Standard, this cable also boasts OCC’s Ultra-Fox ™ Plus buffer system.* 

    *Ultra-Fox ™ Plus is OCC’s deployable buffer system with the combination of a triple thickness 500 micron diameter acrylate coating together with a hard elastomer 900 micron tight buffer for maximum fiber protection.
