Find the Right Fiber Product For Your Project

Belden’s fiber solutions are built for easy installation, to handle a multitude of density requirements and to support simple and on-demand scalability.

To make it easier for customers to find the right fiber solution, Belden has developed a Fiber Product Selection Guide. This new guide includes a product selector to help customers get started with selecting the right system—from the media type to the system type.

It also includes local area network (LAN) and data center (DC) system selection examples, followed by media and system types with associated hardware and accessories.

How to Use the Fiber Product Selector

Available on Page 5 are three quick and easy Steps to find the right Belden fiber products for any project:

• Step 1: Select media type based on technology, network speed and specific Ethernet characteristics.
  
• Step 2: Select cable termination type based on available resources, tools, time constraints, etc. Belden offers pre-terminated, field-terminated and combination systems to make sure customers get exactly what they need.
  
• Step 3: Select platform type based on density, connectivity and mounting requirements.

Once selections for Steps 1-3 have been made, go to the corresponding system page available from Pages 11 – 17.
