    GLN4-WM18PCR SERIES
    TYPE 4 Wall mount RTR concealed hinge, quarter-turn latching, single door enclosure


     

    Great Lakes’ GLN4-WM18PCR series is used for indoor or outdoor applications requiring protection of terminal wiring, electrical components, instrumentation controls, and electronic hardware. This enclosure series is designed to protect personnel against access to electrical wiring and hazardous components. It can be installed into various corrosive environmental conditions. The robust construction and design with its strategically placed mounting hardware, provides for fast accessory mounting and offers customers tremendous flexibility for many different applications.

     
    FEATURES:

     

    • Continuously welded seams are ground smooth
    • Concealed hinge; three-component hinge includes a unique bolt-on formed knuckle with security slot, knuckles fabricated on door flanges, and a rapid tool-less release (RTR) stainless steel hinge pin
    • Gasket on door provides seal per industry standards
    • Narrow external body return flanges provide rigid construction, more surface area for sealing to door gasket, and a maximum opening for installing larger panels
    • Low-profile quarter-turn latches provide a secure fit for the door to the body
    • Multiple grounding locations allows for proper grounding of components
    • Multiple accessory mounting locations provides maximum application flexibility
    • Rear Mounting holes (four)

    NEMA 12K Free Standing Enclosures 

     

    Great Lakes' NEMA 12K Free Standing Enclosures are constructed to be compliant with the National Electrical Manufacturers Association's Type 12 standard. NEMA 12K enclosures are intended for indoor use to provide a degree of protection to the equipment inside the enclosure against dust, falling dirt, water and noncorrosive liquids.


    NEMA 12K Enclosures feature:

     

    • 3/8" sq. (M6) mounting rails with RMU labels
    • Removable side panels
    • Solid side panels and AC unit panels available (Side Panel "A"will accept the following AC units: GL2500V, GL3500V, GL4500V, and GL6000V; Side Panel "B" will accept the following AC units: GL8000VHA, GL10000V, and GL12000V; Side Panel "C" will accept the following AC units: GL14000V, GL17000V, and GL20000V
    • AC Side panels are configured with an internal baffle kit to direct hot and cold air
    • Optional fan assemblies and exhaust filters
    • Two vertical lacing bars (one in each rear corner)
    • Heavy duty hinges and handles
    • Cable access knockouts on bottom inside of enclosure
