Combining our product strengths and expert personnel allows us to offer customers, comprehensive and innovative solutions for critical power and digital infrastructure applications, helping you to successfully navigate the rapidly changing technology landscape. Eaton’s acquisition of Tripp Lite opens new doors for partners to bring robust new offerings to their customers.

With that in mind, we have announced a transition from “Tripp Lite” to “Tripp Lite by Eaton” for marketing materials and commercial communications. This change reflects the addition of Tripp Lite to the Eaton family while preserving the substantial brand equity of the Tripp Lite name, which was confirmed by our market research. We will be updating our logo with Channel partners starting in January. As the integration progresses and matures, use of the Tripp Lite by Eaton name and logo will be reevaluated.
