Legrand Introduces New Transceiver and Direct Attach Cable Solutions

Legrand has recently broadened their product offering to add almost 300 new transceivers and direct attach cables to their stock product offering. This expansion provides you with easy access to a range of products that are compatible with a wider range of manufacturers and equipment models, making it easier for you to find the right transceiver or direct attached cable for any data center. 

Each transceiver and direct attach cable is designed with the same hardware and interface specifications, and all support the features of their OEM counterparts - including enhanced features that go beyond Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) specification. All protocol support, modulation techniques, electrical pinouts and power requirements must pass the same quality standards of Arista, Brocade, Cisco, Finsar, HP, Juniper and all other OEMs. Each transceiver and direct attach cable offered by Legrand is TAA compliant and provides features like DOM, or rugged construction, all of which can be implanted in servers, switches and other data center equipment in a wide variety of applications - from a small IT install to a colocation data center.
