Meet the new X series AI cameras from Hanwha Techwin! Let's walk through the key features and how they can benefit you and your facility.
These cameras are pretty smart, and the primary feature we want to share with you today is the ability for the X series cameras to reduce false alarms. They use artificial intelligence (AI) to detect and classify people, vehicles, faces, license plates and more in real-time. This information is sent to the back-end server and can be used to extract information on specific events. With this system, your search efficiency is increased and your time spent searching is decreased.
The cameras are available in resolutions from 2MP to 4K to give you a wide variety of options, all with AI powered by deep-learning algorithms that can reliably identify multiple objects at a distance. Where other cameras may alert to wind blowing through trees, shadows or animals, Hanwha Techwin's X series cameras reduce those false alarms and help operators identify true threats.
Beyond false alarms, AI can be helpful in other ways. AI plays an important role in image quality with the help of WiseNRII, a new enhancement that uses AI to identify movement and reduce blur in noisy, low-light environments. AI-based Preferred Shutter technology automatically adjusts the shutter speed based on classified objects in motion and the lighting conditions in a scene to reduce motion blur and deliver the clearest images. You're able to get clear, realistic images without image distortion.
Installation is easy, too. The Wisenet installation app and WiFi dongles enable you to connect cameras directly. You can also check camera positions and configure the zoom in/out, simple focus, screen capture, and flip/mirror/hallway views.
